This recipe can be modified, but this is how I make my own Aloe Vera Smoothie
1/2 cup of Aloe Vera pulp
1 cup of Coconut Milk
Maple Syrup to taste
1 tbs of Chia Seeds
You can include other additives such as water or protein powder, coconut oil, honey or stevia instead of maple syrup and flax seeds instead of chia seeds.
