Valentine’smoothie

Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone! Don’t want to indugle in a pile of chocolate? Have a sweet tooth? Want to share healthy sweets with your sweetie? Here is a simple smoothie recipe with natural pink coloring, perfect for valentine’s day!!

Ingredients: 

A blender
1-2 Bananas
8-10 Strawberries
3/4 Cup Califia Farms “Vanilla Almond Milk”
Ice Cube (optional)
Glass Cup
Straw
Strawberry for garnish
1 Vegan Chocolate (heart-shape or a piece of chocolate)

 

Directions: 

Blend the strawberrys, bananas and almond milk. Then add ice cube into glass,pour in blended smoothie, add a straw, slice the strawberry in the bottom down the middle to place on the glass and put a chocolate inside the smoothie (chocolate will sink to the bottom) which adds a nice little suprise, sweet treat!

Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Lately I’ve been drinking smoothies for breakfast or lunch because it is a easy way for me to consume my needed vitamins and also helps subdue my sugar cravings.

Ingredients:

A Blender
1-2 Bananas
6 oz Blackberries
3/4 Cup Califia Farms “Vanilla Almond Milk”
1 Ice Cube
Glass Cup
Chia Seeds
Straw (optional)

Directions:

I think the basic directions go without saying,

I usually just guesstimate the ratio of fruit to milk, I don’t add any sweeteners as I rely on the almond milk for its sweetness.
