Hi There! I just wanted to hop on here real quick to share the cuteness overload and get back to spending sunday with my family Upstate.
These two are practically inseparable!
My parents dog is 7 month old Rooster and on the right is our 6 Year old girl Mila. When my parents first brought home Rooster I was worried Mila wouldn’t take well to another dog in the house because for quite some time she was the only one and didn’t shy away from all the attention but she’s a sweetheart and very welcoming, In fact she loves to be greeted by Rooster when we walk into the door, I think she’s more excited about seeing him then anyone one else and he is the same way. It’s adorable to see these two together but don’t let the cuteness fool you because they do get into some mischief from time to time! 😂
Unfortunately my fiancé is working on valentine’s day but he surprised me with a reservation to a local vegan restaurant Modern Love. Every time we drove past it I made subtle hints about wanting to dine there some day. Well I’m happy to say today was the day he made it happen. ❤️
When am I not on my mobile devices 🙄
We don’t really dine out often, as much as we used to compared to when we started dating (mostly because of personal preference) but it was nice to try something new and have a date night while catching up on other things other than our home life.
A day before national dog day I had to let my beloved Milo rest his final rest and it was one of the saddest days of my life as I lost my companion, my best friend and fur baby. He was my signification of hope, those who truly love animals can surely relate. I recently posted a image of Mila (we changed her name upon adoption) pretty much mentioning how I truly feel Milo sent her in my path. She is a new chapter to a sad story. Days go by and while I feel it’s a slow healing process I am grateful to both Milo and Mila as they both brought happiness to my life.
